How to link Company’s bank account with electronic tax payment portal in Vietnam

To register a bank account on the electronic tax website, taxpayers need to follow 4 steps, including:

Step 1: Access the General Department of Taxation’s website at https://thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn/. At the same time, connect the digital signature device to your computer.

Step 2: Register an additional bank account

After successfully logging in, select “Manage Information” and “Change Service Information”. Click on “Electronic Tax Payment Service” and register the additional bank account.

Next, the taxpayer selects the “Bank Name”. Enter the account holder’s name, account number, and click “Continue”.

Choose “Sign and Send” and enter the PIN code. Continue to click “Accept”. After that, the registration is successfully signed and sent.

Step 3: Select and download the registration form for using the electronic tax payment service corresponding to the business’s bank account.

Then, print it out to add information. Continue to sign and stamp it. Submit the hard copy to the bank where the business holds its account and wait for the results.

If successfully submitted, the account number will appear in the “Tax Payment” section, indicating that the business can perform electronic tax payments.
