Following the direction of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee under Official Letter No. 3123/UBND-HCC dated October 22, 2025, the Department of Finance officially announces the implementation of digital signatures for administrative procedure results in the field of business establishment and operation.
Starting October 25, 2025, the Business Registration Office under the HCMC Department of Finance will deliver electronic results for all administrative procedures related to company formation and operation.
These digitally signed electronic results hold the same legal validity as paper-based documents, ensuring convenience, transparency, and compliance with Decree No. 45/2020/NĐ-CP and Circular No. 01/2023/TT-VPCP.
