📝 Applicable to resident individuals from the 2026 tax period
🔹 1. Taxable income (Supplemented): Added regulations on domain names, digital assets, and gold bullion.
🔹 2. Tax exemptions and reductions (New): Incentives for agricultural cooperatives, ODA experts, and United Nations experts.
🔹 3. Business activities of resident individuals: Annual revenue exceeding VND 500 million is subject to tax.
🔹 4. Business activities of non-resident individuals: Regulations on tax rates applicable to different types of business activities.
🔹 5. Progressive tax rates: Adjustments to tax rates for each income bracket.
🔹 6. Family deduction levels: Increased deductions for taxpayers and dependents.
🔹 7. Thresholds for other taxable personal incomes: Increased thresholds for gifts and franchise income.
🔹 8. Timing of real estate transfers: Regulations on the timing of land use right registration.
🔹 9. Capital transfer (New method): Regulations on determining transfer value.
🔹 10. Income from digital assets and gold bullion: Newly regulated taxes on transfer income.

📝 Áp dụng cho cá nhân cư trú từ kỳ tính thuế 2026
🔹 1. Thu nhập chịu thuế (Bổ sung): Quy định về tên miền, tài sản số, vàng miếng.
🔹 2. Miễn, giảm thuế (Mới): Ưu đãi cho HTX nông nghiệp, chuyên gia ODA, LHQ.
🔹 3. KD Cá nhân cư trú: Doanh thu > 500 triệu/năm phải nộp thuế.
🔹 4. KD Cá nhân không cư trú: Quy định tỷ lệ thuế đối với các loại hình kinh doanh.
🔹 5. Biểu thuế lũy tiến: Điều chỉnh mức thuế cho từng bậc thu nhập.
🔹 6. Mức giảm trừ gia cảnh: Tăng mức giảm trừ cho bản thân và người phụ thuộc.
🔹 7. Ngưỡng tính thuế TNCN khác: Tăng mức ngưỡng cho quà tặng, nhượng quyền.
🔹 8. Thời điểm chuyển nhượng BĐS: Quy định về thời điểm đăng ký quyền sử dụng.
🔹 9. Chuyển nhượng vốn (PP mới): Quy định xác định giá trị chuyển nhượng.
🔹 10. Thu nhập từ tài sản số, vàng miếng: Mới quy định thuế chuyển nhượng.
